Came with a handy manual that tells you how to configure your settings. Simply charge for eight hours, use until it runs out of power and then recharge another eight hours. Did mine twice and it seems to work fine, no it works great! Holds a six hour charge.The battery is inside the laptop and must be opened to install the battery. Very easy but may require assistance.

I was able to replace the batter with same day delivery. It fit correctly, worked perfectly and the OC has a very long battery life now. The old battery had failed completely and I was unable to remove from AC power. Now it works as it is supposed to again. Thank you!

I ordered according to the laptop model being listed in the description. Guess what? Doesn't fit the laptop.I'd have known instantly if I had disassembled the laptop first instead of going by the description.So, duh, that's on me for not double checking. It might be a good battery for *something,* just not the laptop I had ordered it for.
